Returns Policy

Our Returns Policy Eileen Hassett Jewellery Designs want you to be happy with your purchase. However, in the case that you need to change the item for a different size or you would prefer to exchange it for something you’re more suited to or return it completely.

We offer an exchange or refund within 60 days of purchase once the item has not been worn. If you have received your piece as a gift and do not have a receipt, please contact us at eileen@eileenhassettjewellery.ie

Shipping / Delivery

When will I receive my order?
If you are in Ireland, you will receive your order within 3-5 working days If you are within the EU you’re parcel may take up to 10 working days If you are in a bit further away, please allow up to 14 working days.

We are offering free shipping in the Republic of Ireland and €10 for international shipping.
Your piece of jewellery will be in a branded box and gift bag, securely wrapped and sent by registered post.
