Occasionally, I get the opportunity to design speciality jewellery for clients. I love making these very special personalised pieces as they each have a unique story for the owner. The first piece of jewellery that I ever designed was inspired by a letter written by my late Father in 1937, in this letter he describes how to make a puppet like toy , as a result “Donie” The Dancing Master was created!

I wanted a special piece of jewellery made for my wife with some lines from a poem, there was a fair bit of text involved and I couldn’t find a piece of jewellery that it would fit on. I contacted Eileen to see could she see any way of doing it. Low and behold she came up with an ingenious design and created a beautiful piece of jewellery. The design was a silver leaf following the margin of the ear with a gold stud at the earlobe at bottom (images attached)
