Description: A unique piece of handcrafted Irish jewellery inspired by Irish dancing, family history and folklore.
The Irish Dancing Cailín pendant was inspired by a letter my late father, Donal Clarke, wrote while at school in 1937. In the letter, he described how to make a homemade toy called “The Irish Dancing Master.” The Irish dancing Cailín is part of the Dancing Master collection. This childhood memory became the inspiration for this playful dancing figure, bringing together Irish history, family memories and my love of traditional Irish folklore.
Handcrafted in sterling silver in my workshop in Co. Tipperary, the pendant features vibrant blue topaz and yellow citrine gemstones, adding colour and sparkle to the dancing figure.
It is a distinctive piece of Irish-made jewellery for anyone who loves Irish culture, dancing, folklore or jewellery with a story behind it.

I count myself very lucky to own two pieces of Eileen’s fabulous jewellery. The full Dome Pendant was first and I love the intricate design, most definitely a statement piece. My second piece is The Irish Dancing Cailin, I loved the fact that I could pick the coloured gemstones, a truly unique piece. I am looking forward to my next purchase*****

Judy Woodworth –
I Was thrilled recently when my husband presented me with the splendid Dancing Cailin and ear-rings to celebrate our silver wedding anniversary. The story behind the specially commissioned necklace and brooch, together with Eileen’s craftsmanship make this a very special piece of jewellery which I will treasure.
